Build it because maybe no one else will. Here is my rationale for spending the bulk of my time building new products: I have a (somewhat) unique combination of skillsets such as design, distribution, product dev, and online monetization. I also understand how that little bit of extra income can change people’s lives — be it $10 or $10k — because it did for me. There can’t be a lot of people who have the exact same combination of skillset and values. So to me, it feels like it’s my duty to solve these problems that I care about, because maybe no one else will.
